Il posto restaurant undertakes to honour orders received on the Website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If the Product is not available, Il posto restaurant undertakes to inform the Customer. Il posto restaurant may offer the Customer a substitute product of equivalent quality and price. The Customer shall have the choice of accepting the proposed substitution or giving up the Product in return for a refund of its value. VALIDITY OF THE ORDER

DELIVERY

Any delivery made to the door of the home of the delivery address will be made according to the agreement of the delivery person. If you are not present to receive delivery of the products ordered at the address given at the time of your order, we will not refund the price of your order and you will be charged the full amount of your order. RESPONSIBILITY
Il posto restaurant shall not be held liable in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.
